Ein Abenteuer in Deutschland

Hi, my name is Hannelie. I live in a small town in New Jersey, and though we're only about an hour from NYC, it can get pretty boring. But my friends and I make our own fun. Mainly we hang out at Starbucks :) I swim, though I'm not very good. I also ski, and I like to think that I'm pretty good. I loooovvve watching movies and I like to read too. I won a scholarship from CBYX and now I'm going to be spending a year in Germany as an exchange student before I go off to college. I live with my mom and my dad and my younger brother. I have a pet cat and she is the love of my life ;) Oh yea, I should probably mention that I was born in South Africa. We moved to the US when I was three but I've been back like 8 times to visit all the rest of my family. And that's all I can think of now. :)
